After a long journey, my carriage finally arrives at the Firenze Manor of my wife, Duchess Lolla of Tuscany.
I glance out the carriage window; my wife is as elegant as ever, and her two daughters clearly possess their mother's beauty.
Even though it was initially a marriage of convenience, I find Lolla magnificent, elegant, and intriguing.
I step out of the carriage with a broad smile, looking at my wife.
Lolla comes towards me and embraces me, kissing me tenderly on the cheek. Did you have a good journey, my love? You look well, Lolla asks, smiling.
