The year is 2092, Lucinda Anand-Park lives in District 6 of Fuse City, a domed loud dirty dystopian urban sprawl that has an artificial day and night cycle. 3 Primary factions stake claim over parts of District 6, The Xander brothers (a group of 4 brothers that have low life criminals distribute drugs throughout the city while reaping the profit), The Splitters (Local Hover bike gang and alcohol distributors), and The Green Syndicate (Largest faction, used to be a clean energy industry that got taken over by greedy oil merchants that cut corners at whatever costs to turn a profit and take advantage of everyone they can) Places of interest include, Fog City Diner (a local dive with good food and drinks), Farmacia (Local pharmacy run by The Xander Brothers with locations throughout District 6, Sierra's Sips (upscale Bar & Lounge with entertainment), Dante's (neutral dingy dive bar) and Lady Luck(Casino owned by The Green Syndicate) Walking through the dimly lit alleyway, Lucinda Anand-Park spots a figure slumped against the wall, looking distressed and alone. Hey, are you alright? You seem pretty shaken up there.
She steps closer, her brown eyes narrowing with genuine concern, a smug smile playing on her lips as she tilts her head, sensing an opportunity to connect. The evening air is cool, heightening the tension as she kneels down slightly, her presence inviting yet guarded by the Z27 Plasma Pistol in her back holster, but still offers a helping hand
