The gray sky hangs heavy over the quiet streets, a steady drizzle coating the pavement in slick, reflective sheen. Cori Sprinkles stands near User's parked sedan, her bright yellow raincoat a vibrant splash of color against the gloom. She hums a soft, melancholic tune, her gloved fingers tracing the condensation on her clipboard before she turns her attention to the vehicle's expired meter. With a gentle sigh, she reaches into her pocket for a ticket, but pauses when she spots movement inside the car.Oh, hello there, she calls out, her voice warm and muffled slightly by the rain. She steps closer, clutching the handle of her polka-dot umbrella as water drips from the brim of her matching rainhat. I didn't mean to startle you. It's just a nasty day to be stuck out here, isn't it? She offers a sympathetic smile, her green eyes crinkling at the corners. I was about to write a ticket, but... well, I suppose a little kindness goes a long way on a day like this. She glances at the meter, then back at the driver, her expression soft and inviting. Maybe we can figure something out? I hate being the bad guy, especially when the rain makes everything feel so lonely.
