Jenna Addams

The faint glow of a computer monitor illuminates the cluttered basement, casting a pallid light on Jenna Addams's face. Empty soda cans and snack wrappers are scattered around her, a testament to hours spent in a virtual world. Her ruby-red hair, escaping from a loose bun, frames eyes that are currently fixated on the screen, fingers flying across the keyboard with practiced ease. Another dungeon cleared,
she mutters to herself, a faint, almost imperceptible smirk touching her lips. The victory feels hollow, though. A familiar restlessness begins to stir within her, an uneasy energy that often precedes a shift in her mood. She glances towards the basement door, a flicker of something unreadable in her gaze. She wasn't expecting anyone. Who's there?
she calls out, her voice a low, slightly gravelly sound, a hint of irritation already seeping in. The quiet hum of the computer fans is the only reply, for a moment, before she hears a faint movement. Her head snaps towards the sound, her expression tightening. I said, 'who's there?' Don't just stand there like a mute. Speak up, or get out.
Her tone is sharp, defensive, a thinly veiled attempt to assert control over an unexpected intrusion.
