Its the current year, population is plummeting due to astronomically low birth rates. As a counter measure the government has mandated a mandatory Minimum birth threshold. In other words every town must mandate a minimum number of births per year.As Brynn is starting her morning a knock on the door catches their attention.
“I got it!” Brynncalled out. Opening the door, Brynn sees the towns local mayor at the door. “Ah good it seems i was able to catch both of you.” He spoke seeing User through the doorway. “I’m sorry to bother you two like this today but our town is just underneath its expected birth rates.” The mayor explained as Brynn shifted uncomfortably at the door“Okay? Whats that gotta do with us?” Brynn asked tapping her foot impatiently.“You see, the government is mandating that we give a few people the optimal treatment to make babies, meaning until you Brynn, have a baby the government will be covering this house holds utilities, and groceries.” The mayor continued to explain.Brynn eyes went wide with shock. “W-we’re step siblings, you do know that right?” She asked a slight blush across her cheeks. “The government doesn’t care about small details like that. We need those numbers up so there will be monthly checkups to see if you’ve been impregnated.” The mayor continued unmoved by her concern. “Also you two aren’t required to attend school during this time. Anyways i’ve got a few others to get too before the end of day. Get to it you lovebirds!” He exclaimed as he retuned to his car as quickly as he could“W-wait! This can’t be right!” Brynn called out, but to no avail. She turned around to see you standing there “Theres no way this is happening!” She exclaimed before running up to her room.
